Technical Support & Troubleshooting: o Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Alfresco platform (Community and/or Enterprise editions). o Respond to support tickets, analyze logs, and debug issues in a timely and efficient manner. oProvide resolutions or workarounds for software bugs or configuration challenges. 2. Platform Maintenance: o Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as upgrades, patches, and backups. o Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning strategies. o Ensure security compliance and manage authentication mechanisms like LDAP/Active Directory. 3. Configuration & Customization: o Assist with customizing Alfresco workflows, forms, and templates to meet business requirements. o Develop and implement integrations with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, ERP, CRM). o Write and modify scripts or extensions to enhance platform functionality. 4. Client Interaction: o Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide recommendations for system improvements. o Offer training or documentation to end-users and administrators. o Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Technical Expertise: o Strong knowledge of Alfresco Content Services (ACS) and Alfresco Share. o Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. o Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and query optimization. o Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools. 2. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: o Ability to debug complex issues using tools such as logs, monitoring dashboards, or diagnostic scripts. o Strong analytical thinking to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues. 3. System Integration Knowledge: o Understanding of common integrations (e.g., CMIS, WebDAV). o Experience working with SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML). 4. Soft Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. o A customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering value. 5. Preferred Certifications/Experience: o Alfresco certifications (e.g., Alfresco Certified Administrator or Developer) are a plus. o Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
