He/she takes source material in a widerange of formats (e.g., documents, images, audio, animation, diagrams, graphics, etc) and converts it to learning content using Storyline Articulate and other required tools. He/she transforms the learning high-level design produced by the Instructional Designer, and the source materials, into learning content. * Create learning templates in a range of formats, e.g. e-learning, quick reference guides, video, PowerPoint, etc. * Develop learning content, including creating multimedia elements andinteractive components, according to learning high-level design documents. * Align learning content with industry standards and compliance requirements. * Ensure consistency throughout all learning content, e.g. branding, terminology, etc. * Work with the Programme Team and Subject Matter Experts to understand the Maximo technical solution. * Update and maintain learning content as the Maximo build continues to iterate, ensuring effective version control. * Peer review learning content, highlight any gaps and provide feedback. * Address feedback suggestions on learning content from reviewers and peers."
