3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX). Experience with various data formats, including XML, JSON, EDI, and flat files. We are seeking a skilled WTX Specialist to design, develop, and maintain data transformation solutions using IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX). The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to enable seamless data integration and support business needs by ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between applications.Key Responsibilities: Data Transformation Development: Develop and configure transformation maps and rules using IBM WTX to facilitate data processing. Create complex data transformation logic and validations across different data formats (XML, JSON, EDI, etc.). Implement error handling, debugging, and testing for transformation flows. Data Integration: Integrate WTX solutions with various systems, including enterprise applications, databases, and external data sources. Manage data mappings and workflows to support business processes and enhance data quality. System Analysis and Design: Gather and analyze requirements to determine data transformation needs. Collaborate with architects and other technical teams to design scalable and robust integration solutions. Performance Optimization: Monitor WTX processes to ensure efficient execution and optimal performance. Troubleshoot performance issues and enhance system performance as required. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for WTX applications. Assist with upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary. Required Qualifications: Experience: Skills: Proficiency in designing and implementing WTX maps and flows. Strong knowledge of integration and data transformation techniques. Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages, SQL, and databases for data processing. Experience with Java, JavaScript and SHELL Script for custom scripting in transformations. Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration environments. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes.
