1) Must have experience in blueprinting & preparing data migration strategy per client requirements.. 2) Must have experience in handling multi-vendor engagements, administering scope management, planning, tracking, change control, risk management, coordination and execution of data migration activities for a project. 3) Must have delivered at least one end to end S/4 Hana data migration project as a data migration lead. This includes planning and driving requirement gathering workshops, template finalization, planning build & test load cycles, managing build/ testing deliverables, driving mock executions, preparing data cutover plan etc. 4) Must have hands-on experience at expert level in SAP Data Services for data migration from SAP & non SAP source systems to S/4 HANA using BAPIs & iDOCs. 5) Must have hands-on experience at expert level in SAP Data Migration Cockpit for S4 Data Migration. Must be knowledgeable about SAP DMC customizations & enhancements using ABAP. 6) Must have goodtechno-functional working knowledge about dependencies, key elements and integration aspects of common SAP functional areas like MM, OTC, P2P & FI. 7) Must have good experience in data quality management techniques including data profiling, deduplication, etc. 8) Must have good working knowledge in creating and managing BDC/ LSMW programs for data loads. 9) Must have excellent communication skills and ability to establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the client....Resource should be available for F2F Interview in IBM location based on account request and Day 1 reporting post OB.
