SAP HANA FIN FICA role: Total Years of Experience : 6-8 years Relevant years of Experience: 6-8 years Mandatory Skills for screening (Limit to top 5 and include version): SAP HANA FIN FICA with BRIM experience Good to have (Not Mandatory): Telco experience Detailed Job Description : Proven ability to interact with customers to define implementation strategies, business requirements, and solution design related to SAP processes and digital transformation initiatives. Extensive experience inall phases of project life cycle, including Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Creation of Functional Specifications, Testing (Unit/Integration/User Acceptance), Conducting User Trainings, Cutover, Go-Live support, and Post-Go-Live defect resolution. Deep understanding of business processes within high-volume industries utilizing SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). Hands-on expertise in configuring SAP BRIM systems, including country-specific localization, BRIM CI FICA, FICAevents, and complex business rules using BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) for collections. Proficiency in Dunning management, designing collection strategies, and implementing comprehensive business rules in BRF+ following SAP best practices. Experience with collection work items generation, promise to pay, and managing collection activities within FICA. Design and implementation of organizational structures for Collections Management, integration of FICA with Dispute Management,Creditworthiness Management, and Doubtful & Individual Value Adjustment RTH-Y.
