Exp - 06+ Yrs. Rel Exp- 4+ Yrs - Skills - SAP O2C (SD), CRM Support role and Should be open to working in shifts. Dual experience of SAP O2C and Customer Relationship Management experience � Besides SAP ECC O2C experience in Order Management , Delivery and Billing should also possess 2 plus years of experience with SAP CRM B2B/B2C ISA/WCEM, Mobile, CIC Customer Interaction Center, WebUI � Expertise in SAP CRM end to end Lead to Cash process including Marketing, Sales and Service and Internet Pricing Configuration (IPC)/SSC � Extensive experience in SAP CRM Middleware, integration with non-SAP systems through Web-services, Web-Methods or using SAP PO / CPI or any other middleware � Performed detail system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications � RTH-Y.
