Service Virtualization Engineer Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Service Virtualization Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, specializing in IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, Data/Stub/Services migration, Tools upgrade, developing, and maintaining virtualized services to support testing environments for complex, distributed systems.Key Responsibilities:1.Design, develop, and implement service virtualization solutions using IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT/RTVS). 2.RTVS Server Maintenance & Upgrade.3 Collaborate with development and testing teams to identify and virtualize dependencies, enabling continuous testing. 4.Create and manage virtual services to simulate real-time environments for integration and system testing. 5.Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of virtualized services. 6. API Testing and Service Virtualization concepts Rational integrationTester (RIT) and Rational Test Virtualization Server (RTVS).7.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members on service virtualization best practices.8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of virtual services into CI/CD pipelines.9. Generate comprehensive documentation for virtualized services, including configuration, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a focus on service virtualization. 1.Proficiency in IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT) for service virtualization and testing. 2.Strong understanding of SOA, RESTful, and SOAP-based services. 3.Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.4.Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages. 5.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6.Strong communication and collaboration skills. 7. Basic Windows & Unix Administration.Good To Have: Have experience in past on migration of services from one SV tool to another SV tool. Any prior work experience in Microfocus SV designer or any SV Tool other than RIT/RTVS. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Experience in BFSI or telecom domains. 2.Knowledge of other service virtualization tools like CA Service Virtualization, Parasoft, or WireMock. 3.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. 4.
